The ingredients

 Two cups of basmati rice. A tablespoon of corn oil. Small spoon of salt. Ingredients of the sauce: three tablespoons of corn oil. 2 tablespoons chopped ginger. A century of chopped red pepper. Tablespoon chopped ginger. Four cloves of garlic, mashed. One quarter cup of soy sauce. Five cloves of garlic.

 Half the rice and then put it in the pot and leave it on low heat until it is fully cooked. * Sour three tablespoons of oil on a strong fire, add ginger, garlic and pepper,

 Turn over until lightly sauteed, add fried shrimp and stir for two minutes. * Add soy sauce and toss for a minute,

 Then add the rice and stir over a strong flame for three minutes. * Sprinkle the rice in a serving dish and distribute the fried garlic.
